Sl st, fo, leave long tail. Place the cap on the doll’s head.
Hair Strands: Cut many 20-inch (50 cm) lengths of bright yellow yarn. Using your hook, attach strands evenly around the hair cap and directly onto the head where the cap doesn’t cover for fullness. For the fringe, attach shorter strands to the front. Gently braid the longest strands into one long braid. Tie off the end with a small piece of yarn.
PUFF SLEEVES (Make 2 – Light Purple)
Rnd 1: Ch 8, join with sl st to form a ring (8)

Sl st, fo, leave tail for sewing. Slightly stuff with fiberfill before sewing.
SMALL FLOWERS (Make 3 – Pink, Light Blue, Lavender)
Arms: Sew arms to the sides of the body, just below the neck.
Sleeves: Sew the puff sleeves over the top of the arms.
Facial Features: Embroider eyelashes and eyebrows above the safety eyes with black yarn. Embroider a small mouth with black yarn. Use white embroidery floss to add a small sparkle dot to each eye. Apply pink blush to the cheeks with a brush.
Dress Lacing: With Light Purple yarn, embroider ‘X’ shapes on the front of the Medium Purple bodice to create the corset lacing detail.
Flowers: Sew the small crocheted flowers onto Rapunzel’s hair braid and near her bangs as seen in the image.
