Sew the two wings onto the sides of the parrot body.
Weave in all remaining ends on the parrot.
Bracelet (Blue, Color A & Ecru, Color D)
Cut 2 strands of Color A (Blue) about 20 inches long each.
Cut 1 strand of Color D (Ecru) about 20 inches long.
Align the three strands, fold them in half, and tie a knot near the fold to create a loop.
Braid the three strands together (2 blue, 1 ecru) for about 6-7 inches, or until desired bracelet length, leaving enough unbraided length for tying.
Tie a knot at the end of the braid to secure.
Repeat for the other side, starting from the central loop.
Attach the finished parrot to the center of the braided bracelet using the long tail left from the body. Securely sew it so it lies flat against the bracelet.
