Sc around the ch-10 loop (approx 12-15 sc) to make it sturdy. Sl st to secure.

Joining and Border (Color B – Light Lavender)
Align the Main Strap Body pieces with their respective Watch Pin Connectors. Using Color A yarn and a tapestry needle, carefully sew the end of each Watch Pin Connector to the narrower end of its Main Strap Body.
Attach Color B yarn with a sl st to any corner of the assembled strap piece (Main Strap Body + Watch Pin Connector).
Round 1 (Scallop Border): Ch 1, sc in same st. *Sk 2 sts, (dc, ch 1, dc, ch 1, dc) in next st (this forms a scallop). Sk 2 sts, sc in next st.* Repeat from * along the long sides of the strap. When you reach a corner, work (sc, ch 2, sc) into the corner st/space, then continue scallops along the short ends. Adjust skips and scallops to lie flat around the corners and ends.
Sl st to first sc to join. FO. Weave in all ends.
Embroidered Lavender Sprig (Colors C and D)
Using Color D (Green) and a tapestry needle, embroider a thin stem onto the center of one of the Main Strap Bodies.
Using Color C (Dark Lavender), create small French knots or small vertical straight stitches along the stem to represent the lavender buds. Add a couple of small green leaves near the base of the sprig with straight stitches.
Finishing
Sew the button securely onto the end of Strap Piece 1 (Main Strap Body) opposite the Watch Pin Connector, aligning it with the buttonhole loop of Strap Piece 2.
If using watch pins, gently slide the watch pins through the sc rows of the Watch Pin Connectors and attach to your watch.
