Instructions
Step 1: The Base Bracelet Band
Using Cream or Green yarn, chain a length that fits comfortably around your wrist (approx. 35-40 chains, leaving a 2-inch gap for clasp hardware). Sl st in the 2nd ch from hook and in each ch across. Fasten off, leaving a long tail on both ends for attaching jewelry hardware.
Step 2: Tiny Cream & Yellow Daisies (Make 2)
Using Cream thread, start with a MR. *Ch 2, dc 1, ch 2, sl st in ring. Repeat from * 5 more times to create 6 petals. Pull the ring tight and fasten off. Using Yellow thread, sew a small French knot in the center, or sew a gold bead into the center later.
Step 3: Five-Petal Blue & Yellow Flowers (Make 1 Blue, 1 Yellow)
Using Blue or Yellow thread, start with a MR. *Ch 2, 2 hdc, ch 2, sl st in ring. Repeat from * 4 more times to create 5 rounded petals. Pull ring tight and fasten off, leaving a tail for sewing.
Step 4: Mini Pink Roses (Make 2)
Using Soft Pink thread, ch 11. Work 2 hdc into the 2nd ch from hook and in each ch across to the end. Fasten off, leaving a long tail. Roll the scalloped strip tightly into a rosebud shape. Secure the bottom of the rosebud by sewing through the layers using the yarn tail.
Step 5: Green Leaves (Make 3-4)
Using Sage Green thread, ch 5. Sl st in the 2nd ch from hook, sc in the next ch, hdc in the next ch, (sc, sl st) in the last ch. Fasten off, leaving a tail for sewing.
Step 6: Assembly and Finishing Touches
- Lay your crochet base band flat. Arrange the flowers and leaves evenly across the band, using the photo as a guide.
- Sew the leaves onto the base band first, then securely sew the flowers on top of the leaves.
- Sew a small gold bead into the center of each flower using matching thread.
- Using jewelry pliers, open a jump ring and attach it to one end of the crochet band. Attach another jump ring along with the lobster clasp to the opposite end.
