Stuff the head firmly with fiberfill.

Wings (In Royal Blue, make 2):

Tail Feather Fan (In Turquoise, Yellow, and Green):

Decorate the tail by sewing small circles of Yellow and Blue yarn, or glue colorful sequins to simulate the feather ‘eyes’. Sew the finished fan securely to the back of the body.
