Instructions

Main Dome Body:

With Taupe/Gray yarn, start by working from the top down to create the dome.

Rnd 1: 6 sc in magic ring (6 sts).
Rnd 2: inc in each st around (12 sts).

Rnd 4: [2 sc, inc] around (24 sts).

Creating the Front Opening:

Now we will work back and forth in rows to create the circular opening for your cat.

Row 19: ch 1, turn, sc in next 45 sts, leaving the remaining 15 sts unworked for the opening opening.

Closing the Base:

Opening Border:

Join Cream yarn at the bottom of the circular opening. Work 1 round of sc evenly around the raw edges of the opening to create a clean, round frame. Join with a sl st and fasten off.

Ears (Make 2 Outer in Gray, 2 Inner in Cream):

Inner Ear (Cream): Ch 5, sc in 2nd ch from hook, sc in next 2 chs, 3 sc in last ch. Turn to work along opposite side: sc in next 3 chs. Fasten off.
