Using light blue yarn, ch 11. Row 1-20: Sc in each st across, ch 1, turn (10 sts). Fasten off. For the side panels (make 2): Ch 2, work 6 sc in 2nd ch from hook. Rnd 2: Inc around (12 sts). Rnd 3: (Sc, inc) around (18 sts). Sew panels to the main arched piece, stuffing firmly before closing.
Front Flap & Mail:
