Assembly
Using a tapestry needle, sew the black wings to the sides of the penguin’s body, slightly above the white belly line.
Sew the orange beak centered on the face, just below the safety eyes.
Sew the two orange feet to the bottom front of the penguin.
Place the Santa hat on the penguin’s head. You may lightly stitch it in place if desired.
Tie the red scarf around the penguin’s neck.
