With Cream yarn and tapestry needle, embroider a small triangular patch on the inside of each ear (on the orange section) to create the inner ear detail.
Face Details
Using Brown yarn and tapestry needle, embroider a triangular nose onto the Cream section of the bag, centered below the safety eyes.
Using Black yarn and tapestry needle, embroider small arched eyebrows above each safety eye on the Orange section.
Assembly
Sew the ears securely to the top of the fox’s head (the Orange section) using the long tails left earlier. Position them symmetrically.
Strap
Cut two long strands of Orange yarn and two long strands of Cream yarn (each approximately 150cm or desired strap length).
Tie them together at one end.
Twist the strands tightly in one direction.
Fold the twisted strands in half and allow them to twist back on themselves to form a thick, sturdy cord.
Knot the ends to secure.
Attach one end of the strap to each side of the bag, roughly at the level of the light blue stripe, using your tapestry needle to weave it securely into the crochet fabric. Ensure it’s firmly attached.
