Instructions

Rounds 2-6: Ch 1, Sc in each Sc around. Join with Sl st to first Sc. (60 Sc)
Fasten off Red yarn. Weave in ends.
Green Scalloped Edges (Green Yarn)
First, we’ll create the outer scalloped edge, then the inner edge.
Outer Scallop: Join Green yarn with a Sl st to any outermost loop of Round 6 of the Red Wreath Base.
Round 7: Ch 1, *Sc in next st, skip 1 st, 3 Dc in next st, skip 1 st*. Repeat from * to * around. Join with Sl st to first Sc. Fasten off. Weave in ends.
Inner Scallop: Join Green yarn with a Sl st to any innermost loop of Round 1 (or the foundation chain if preferred) of the Red Wreath Base.

Berries (Red Yarn – Make 3)
Start with a MR.
Round 1: Ch 1, 6 Sc into MR. Pull tail to close ring. Join with Sl st to first Sc. (6 Sc)
Round 2: Sc2tog 3 times. (3 Sc)
Fasten off, leaving a long tail. Thread tail through remaining 3 stitches and pull tight to close the opening. These will be small, firm berries.
Assembly
Using the yarn needle, sew the Gold Star onto the center of the Red Wreath Base.
Position the two Green Holly Leaves and three Red Berries near the top or side of the wreath, as desired, and sew them securely in place.
