Row 2: Chain 1, turn. Single crochet in each stitch across. (20 sts)
Fasten off, leaving a long tail. Fold the band lengthwise and sew the edges together to form a sturdy tube. You can insert a small piece of flexible craft wire inside the tube to help keep its curved shape.
Teal Connectors (Make 2):
Join teal yarn to the end of the headband tube. Work 3 single crochets around the edge of the tube. Fasten off, leaving a tail to sew to the earcups later.

Outer Shell (Grey Yarn):
Round 1: 6 sc in a Magic Ring. (6 sts)
Round 2: [inc] repeat 6 times. (12 sts)
Round 3: [sc, inc] repeat 6 times. (18 sts)

Round 2: [inc] repeat 6 times. (12 sts)
Round 3: [sc, inc] repeat 6 times. (18 sts). Fasten off, leaving a tail for sewing.
Assembly of Earcups: Stuff the grey outer shell lightly with fiberfill. Place the navy blue inner cushion over the opening and sew the two pieces together around the edges.
Keychain Loop (Grey Yarn):
Join grey yarn to the exact top-center of the navy blue headband. Chain 15, thread the chain through the ring of your keychain clasp, and slip stitch back into the first chain of the loop to secure. Fasten off and weave in the ends.
Final Assembly:
Using the teal yarn tails, sew one finished earcup to each end of the headband. Secure all loose ends and trim the yarn. Your adorable miniature crochet headphones keychain is ready to go!
