Center Line: Find the exact center horizontal row. Work a straight line of sl st across.
Center Circle: Approximately centered on the center line, create a circle of sl st.
Goal Boxes (2): For each end of the field, create a rectangular box using sl st. (Approx. 10 stitches in from each side, 10-12 rows deep, then connect across.)
Penalty Arcs (2): Inside each goal box, create a small arc using sl st.
Corner Arcs (4): At each of the four corners of the field, create a small quarter-circle arc using sl st.
GOALS (Make 2 – White Yarn)
Base: Ch 11.
Row 1: Sc in 2nd ch from hook and in each ch across. (10 sc)
Rows 2-3: Ch 1, turn, sc in each st across. (10 sc)

ASSEMBLY
Place the goals at each end of the field, centered. Sew them securely in place using white yarn and a tapestry needle.
Position the soccer ball at the center of the field. You can lightly tack it down with a few stitches if desired, or leave it loose for play.
