- Sew the two small Horns behind the large ones.
- Sew the Dorsal Spikes in a line down the center top of the hat, from front to back.
- Sew the Leaf-like Scales, tucking them slightly under the Bobble Scales around the eyes and other areas to create depth.
Braids & Tassels (Make 2)
Cut multiple strands of yarn (approx. 20-24 inches long) in Colors A, B, C, and D. You will need about 3-4 strands of each color per braid. Take 3 groups of these multi-colored strands, fold in half, and attach them to the tip of each earflap with a larks head knot. Braid tightly for about 8-10 inches. Wrap a contrasting color yarn (e.g., Color A) tightly around the braid about 1 inch from the end to form a small ball/knot, then trim the remaining ends to create a tassel. Secure with a knot and hide tails.
